Step-by-step instructions for using the electric fryer
1. Plug in the power plug. Fill the pan with oil at least the MIN mark and not over the MAX line
2. Set the temperature to match the type of food to be fried
3. When the set temperature is reached, the red light will automatically switch off
4. Place the food in the cage and dip it in the pot to start frying
5. When you see that the fried food is satisfied, lift up the frying cage to drain the fat
6. Turn the temperature knob OFF to turn off the machine and unplug the power plug to end the working process
